• Organization information: company or team name, billing email, and subscription details.
• Documents and signatures: files you upload, signature fields you place, recipient names and email addresses, completed signatures, initials, dates, and any text entered into fields.
• Usage and log data: browser type, IP address, device information, pages visited, and actions taken in the app.
• Audit trail data: timestamps, IP addresses, and user agents recorded when a document is viewed or signed.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Sign10X platform.
• To authenticate users, manage organizations, and enforce access controls.
• To process signatures and generate legally defensible audit trails.
• To bill customers and manage subscriptions.
• To send account, security, and transaction-related notifications.
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security issues.

3. Document storage and security

Uploaded documents and completed files are stored in private cloud object storage. They are never publicly accessible; access is controlled through signed, time-limited URLs and organization-scoped permissions. Files are encrypted at rest and in transit. Original uploads are kept unchanged; signed copies are generated separately on demand.

4. Service providers

We use trusted third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, and analytics. These providers process data only on our behalf and under contractual obligations that require appropriate security safeguards.

5. Audit trails

Signature requests create an append-only audit trail that includes the signer's email, name, IP address, browser, timestamp of each event, and a hash-linked record of the completed document. Audit records cannot be modified by customers or signers.

6. Your rights and data retention

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated documents by contacting [email protected]. We honor deletion requests unless retention is required by law or to resolve disputes. Organization owners control document retention for their workspace.

7. Children's privacy

Sign10X is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
